Jourdan DeMuynck (ex Perth R.) signs at Abha

Jourdan DeMuynck

Newly promoted Abha (SBL) landed 29-year old American (has also French passport) forward Jourdan DeMuynck (198-93kg-90, college: PVAMU). He played in the summer at Perth Redbacks in Australian SBL. In 8 games he averaged impressive 25.0ppg, 6.5rpg and 4.4apg.
In 2015 (two years after he left the college) DeMuynck was drafted by Iowa Energy (D-League) in fifth round (84th overall).
He attended Prairie View A&M University until 2013 and it is his seventh season in pro basketball.
Among other achievements DeMuynck won Iranian Superleague championship title in 2018. He was selected to Australian SBL All-Star Game back in 2016.
DeMuynck is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in four different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian and of course North American leagues. DeMuynck has played previously professionally in Cyprus (Keravnos), North Macedonia (MZT Skopje), France (Lourdes Tarbes) and Iran (Tabriz).
